  13. It everyone ate clean and stopped substituting this for that, you WOULD lose weight. When you substitute cauliflower mashed potatoes for real potatoes, you wont be satisfied for long and potatoes are real unprocessed food. Eat anything you or someone else can grow, or is found in nature. Period.

  16. Meatza instead of pizza. I buy a pork loin, zero visible fat and ask for it to be ground. I add sausage seasonings then spread it out in a giant frying pan with a glass lid. When done I top with cheese, bell peppers and artichoke hearts.

    HEY SAWP IT FOR ALMOND MILK that has NO calcium and will not help you grow EVEN THOUGH DAIRY MILK HAS THE GOOD FATS
    you don't need those nutrients AND calcium just eat nuts

  18. sugar is not top causes of obesity's… it is not good for you, but people don't get fat only because sugar, and sugar dont cause diabetes,but sugar combined with fat.. screwing with our head, and make us eat more 😬 take for example spoon of sugar, eat it, and you will not want to dig it to get more, same with fatty cream if is not sweet, take 1 spoon, your head telling you NO… but mix it together, in creamy sweet whipped cream, and you cannot stop eating… 😬same thing happens in Nutella… because it had similar ratio of too much sugar and fat, that you just can't stop eating if you start…
