Today’s video, I’m showing you guys how to make a TWO INGREDIENT SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI! I got this recipe from the blog below, but I switched up one of the ingredients from regular flour to oat flour to make it healthier. Feel free to use regular flour if you wish. Sweet potatoes alone have an awesome taste and are quite flavourful already so this works amazingly. The gnocchi was soft and a delicious texture – I think you’ll really enjoy this. Feel free to switch up the pasta sauce and mix the gnocchi with whatever you want! I’m definitely going to be experimenting.

  21. Just wanted to share my basic yet healthy tomato sauce recipe, serves about 3 if you're stingy:

    1 small onion, diced
    1-2 cloves of garlic, finely diced (or heaped teaspoon of garlic powder)
    20 basil leaves, shredded (or dried basil)
    2 tins of chopped tomatoes
    Teaspoon of mixed herbs
    Salt and black pepper to taste

    1 – Sauté the onion and garlic in water until soft and translucent
    2 – Add chopped tomatoes and stew for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft
    3 – Add basil, herbs, salt and pepper and cook for a few more minutes

    If you want, fry the onion and garlic in a lil bit of olive oil. You can use this as a base or even just with pasta or gnocchi. I had mine with gnocchi and its so good 🙂
