  6. Please do not get the wrong idea, I love both you and your videos but ( this is for every youtuber ) pleaseeeeeee do not forget that oatmeal has gluten. Only the ones with celiac can eat up to 50 gr of oatmeal.

  7. Coconut oil has nearly no healthy fats. I wouldn't put that in your oats or anything

  8. The oatmeal is 300 calories by its self if starting with 1 cup of dry oat or is it a cup when cook that we should be eating? And is it a whole apple?

  22. Coconut Oil is NOT healthy as hopefully other people has pointed out. According to the American College of Cardiology journal published March 2017 Coconut Oil is under “Avoid.”. Check out
