1/3 cup Butternut Squash (diced)
1/4 cup Carrot (chopped)
1/2 cup Water
How To :
Put them into a pan, cover with boiling water, and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
Then puree until you get the desired consistency.
Butternut squash and Carrot have a sweet in flavor.
Both of them are good source of beta-carotene.

Recipe 2 | Potato & Broccoli Puree
1/3 cup Potato (diced)
1/4 cup Broccoli
Breastmilk or Formula
How To :
Place them in a steamer basket, Cover and steam until tender (about 12 minutes).
Alternatively, boil them, place them in a saucepan and cover.
Mash them with a fork or press through a strainer.
Alternatively, Puree them with blender.
Add breastmilk/formula until desired texture is achieved.
Broccoli is one of the most nutritious vegetables
They are good for immune system.

Recipe #3 – Avacado Banana Puree
1/2 ripe Avocado
1 ripe Banana
How To :
Mash them a fork until smooth.
Add breastmilk or formula until desired texture is achieved.
Avocado is good for brain development.

Recipe #4 – Lentils Sweet Potato Puree
1/3 cup Sweet Potato (cubed)
2 tsp Red Lentils (thoroughly rinsed)
2/3 cup Water
How to :
Cover and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Then puree until you get the desired consistency.
Lentils are amazing food for baby.
They are rich in protein, iron, and fiber.

Recipe #5 – Banana Oats Puree
1/4 cup Oats
1 ripe Banana
1 cup Water
How to :
Blend the oats until mostly fine and powdery.
Bring 1 cup of water to boil then add oats.
Cook until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Mash Banana and combine with oats.
Oats high in fiber, calcium, protein, iron and zinc.
