1 onion chopped

1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
Pink Himalayan Salt as needed
2 garlic clovess
1/4 inch ginger
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
4-5 green onions chopped (ullipuvu)

    Cause sometimes it stick on bottom also burn..then spoil whole masala's nutrition.
