► Dried Fruit Squares:
Ingredients:
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup peanuts or almonds
½ cup shredded carrot

Procedure:
Combine ingredients in a food processor and blend into a sticky dough. Add a bit of water if it’s sticking too much.
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with foil. Spread mixture into pan. Press it flat.
Refrigerate 1-4 hours, or overnight.
Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
Yields 16 squares.

Per 1 square:
142 cals | 4F | 26C | 3P

► Pumpkin Muffins:
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups almond flour
⅔ cup (5.3 oz) canned pumpkin
⅔ cup sweetener of choice
4 large eggs
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch of salt

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Blend everything together.
Line muffin tin with liners.
Scoop batter into liners (I use a cookie scoop!).
Bake 20-25 for mini muffins (regular sized muffins will take 30-40 minutes).
Cool completely before storing in the fridge.
Yields ~30 mini muffins.

Per serving of 6 mini muffins:
274 cals | 22F | 9C | 13P
4 fiber | 2 sugar | 5 net carbs

► Zucchini Waffle Sticks:
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
⅓ – ½ cup milk (adjust to a pancake batter thickness)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup zucchini, grated
1 ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sweetener of choice

Procedure:
Blend all ingredients together, except zucchini.
Add batter to a mixing bowl and stir in zucchini. The batter should be similar to that of a normal pancake batter or a little thicker– adjust milk accordingly.
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook, according to the directions provided by your waffle iron. (I used a mini waffle-stick iron, but you could also use a standard waffle iron. I find it helps to use a cookie scoop or measuring cup to help pour the batter over the iron.)
When waffle or waffle sticks are done cooking, carefully remove from iron. Serve warm with toppings of choice!
Yields about 20 waffle sticks.

Per serving of 5 waffle sticks:
222 cals | 6F | 35C | 9P

  1. I’m kinda confused about the budget thing. Can someone explain

  2. Thank you very much for this. I have cellaic disease and as a college student it’s hard to find gluten free options at school sometimes. But no I will be using all your tools to help me make these easy and affordable snacks! I enjoyed this video 🙂

  3. Can you do an allergen free video ( no nuts, eggs, sesame, gluten , dairy)

  4. What if I am allergic to sesame seeds do I have to add them to the crackers

  5. did this bitch just put apples in a quesadilla!?

  6. You are so helpful ,when it comes time for me to make my lunch.Thank you!

  7. Still can believe how cheap these where. Awesome job. 😁👍

  8. You should try making rice krispies wit frutie pebbles

  9. I love binge watching these at midnight

  10. No offense but at least where I live the 1st bento would cost like $10 not $1.33 plus the cost of the bento box

  11. Thanks for this I really needed this because all I can eat right now is rice and carrot soup..

  12. I live in Georgia, and if that costs 2 dollars, here it costs 10 dollars, which is 20 GEL ( Georgian lari )

  13. The second lunch was the best 👌👍🥪🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🍈🍒🍑🍍🥥🥝🍅🍆🥑🥦🥒🌶🌽🥕🥔🍠🥐🍞🥖🥨🧀🥚🍳🥞🥓🥩🍗🍖🌭🍔🍟🍕🥙🌮🌯🥗🥘🥫🍝🍜🍲🍛🍣🍱🥟🍤🍙🍚🍘🍥🥠🍢🍡🍧🍨🍦🥧🍰🎂🍮🍭🍬🍫🍿🍩🍪🌰🥜🍯🥛🍼☕️🍵🥤🍶

  14. Those hummus cracker looked so good!

  15. Well i know what recipe im not gonna do

  16. WTF how come there are whole WHEAT tortillas in a so called gluten Free recipes video

  17. But there's so many calories in these ???

  18. I have to try the pumkpin muffins for myself. They look so good

  19. How many different kids of adorable waffle makers are there?? 😍😍😍

  20. Okay so I made the mini egg muffins last night. TIP: DO NOT USE THE FOIL OR PAPER MUFFIN LINERS!!! I should have just pored into my pan with the cooking spray like you did. The egg stuck to the foil liners. Just on the bottom, not a total fail but still Delicious! The halved grape tomato on the top made all the more fancy!

  21. This was the most useful video I have ever seen!🍱😄

  22. Your graphics make me wanna cook all day. Chopping is not fun! I'm making the egg muffins tonight for my midweek meal prep!

  23. The intro is great! I was jammin!

  24. The title of the video says "cheap and healthy gluten free recipes!" Whole wheat tortillas aren't gluten free, and aren't an "affordable ingredient" like you specify in the video. Same with getting certified gluten free oats. If you're going to make a gluten free video, then make one. Go out and try to find affordable gluten free tortillas, or make a recipe to share. You didn't even specify in your "gluten free" video that an ingredient you were using wasn't gluten free. What if someone who doesn't know what gluten is was trying to find ideas for what to make for a gluten free friend, and they clicked on your video to get ideas? They're not going to know any better. They'll probably assume you know what you're talking about. You should probably change the title on your video.

  25. In the future, if the title says gluten free it would be nice if everything actually was gluten free. Thanks!

  26. I am a huge fan of your channel. Thanks for all your amazing videos. I just finished making the mini quiches and am wondering if they will do well frozen? I’m trying to give my daughter (somewhat picky eater) a more interesting/ healthy lunch. This video had so many great ideas! PS, don’t let the complainers get you down.. no way you can make everyone happy.

  27. I love this but I would replace the peanuts w something else bc most schools don’t allow peanuts and I’m allergic but liked everything else

  28. Okay, gonna have to switch some stuff around and leave out certain ingredients for me, seeing as I can't do added sugar this next week.

  29. I wonder, can I sub a different flour for the almond meal? My kids have nut allergies and I’m still breastfeeding, so literally my hubby is the only one that can eat tree nuts. I’ve got wheat gluten and several other flours. I’m also not worried about the protein content.

  30. I need to buy a food processor

  31. Cheap is definitely something everyone needs great video

  32. All I can say is here in Michigan almonds are pricey af

  33. Yaaaay! My celiac self almost never can find gluten free food tutorials. Ty

  34. Such amazing recipes, I love it (as always). Just notice, that the whole wheat Tortillas are not gluten free. But you can substitute them easily with gluten free Tortillas (as I do for my son's bento). 🙂

  35. Are there any cheap bento boxes?

  36. The cringe is real😂 nice ideas tho

  37. What is a good substitute for almond flour? I'm allergic

  38. How can these things be so cheap? Like the melons should be at least more than a dollar. Not criticizing just pointing something out
