In Today’s video I am sharing a very delicious dinner recipe idea which may help you lose weight. If you follow a healthy diet throughout the day, you may lose upto 5 kgs in 2 weeks. This dinner recipe is healthy, nourishing, filling and a balanced meal. It’s a gluten-free, vegetarian (dairy included), healthy fats, low calorie, low fat satisfying Indian meal.

1/4 Cup Red Lentil (Masoor Dal) Washed+Soaked 1 hour+Boiled
Clarified Butter(ghee) 1 tsp
1/2 Red Onion
1/2 Red Tomato
1 Dried Red chilly+Pinch of Hing(Asafoetida)
Ginger+Garlic chopped (1 tbsp)
3 spice mix (Fennel+Fenugreek+Nigella seeds) 1tsp
Mustard seeds+Cumin seeds (1/2 tsp each)
Spices (Turmeric powder,Cumin Powder,Pink Himalayan Salt to taste)
Cilantro leaves+Fresh grated coconut for garnish
