Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you a healthy mac and cheese recipe that is easy to make and plant based! It is super quick to make and tastes decadent too. Plus it is easy to make and vegan mac and cheese too! Enjoy this healthy dinner 🙂

Healthy Mac And Cheese (Vegan)

1 cup butternut squash, cooked
1/2 cup fullfat coconut milk

1/4 tsp paprika
heaping spoonful garlic

Crumb topping:

1/4 tsp garlic powder
350F for 20 minutes or until golden on top

  2. Live , could you try potato gnocchi with white sweet potato and lightly brown and sub for the pasta? I have heard that sweet potatoes boiled or baked left in fridge for 24 hours reduces carb level??? Merry Christmas ❤️
