Healthy No-Bake Energy Balls 3 Ways | Healthy Desserts



Today I made something a bit more healthy than my regular cakes! I made healthy No Bake Energy Balls! They are made with Medjool Dates, Unsweetened Coconut and Rolled Oats…and anything else you want! These are delicious and really help me when I’m craving something sweet! I definitely can’t go on eating cake ALL THE TIME! Try these out and let me know what you think!!

*RECIPES*

Base:
1 cup Medjool Dates, pitted and soaked in water for a few minutes
1 cup Quick Rolled Oats
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Chocolate Peanut Butter:
1 *Base
2 Tbsp Natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
*you can add salted peanuts here to make it even better
Rolled in cocoa powder

Banana Coconut:
*Base
½-¾ of 1 Banana
¾ tsp cinnamon
Rolled in Shredded Coconut

Pistachio Cranberry:
*Base
¼ – ½ cup Crushed Pistachio
¼-½ cup dried cranberries
Rolled in crushed pistachio

  3. I love the ideas of these because I have a major sweet tooth as well! When you talk about the base, can you change out the base at all? I can not eat coconut at all. I was also wondering if you had ever thought of Sunsweet Prunes instead of dates and then the rest of the base. Thanks for making something for those of us who need something to curb our sweet tooth!!
