Hi guys todays recipe is healthy vegetable salad. Salad can be of various types veg and non veg. But generally people add mayonnaise and other kinds of dressing which is either fattening or the dressing is very difficult make. This salad i am using all healthy ingredients which are there in our kitchen and are easily available. And here i am using pulses like channa dal which adds in good amount of protein to your dish which is the most important thing in our diet. Eating this one bowl of salad is very beneficial for your hair, skin and body.Especially if your on a wt loss program. The below mentioned quantity will serve around 2 to

Channa dal (brown chickpeas) – ½ cup
Onion – 1 (chopped finely)
Tomato – 1 (chopped finely)
Cucumber – 1 (chopped finely)
Carrot – 1 (grated)
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Lime juice – 1 lime
Chilli – 2 (chopped finely)
Oil – ½ tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
