  7. So, the ingredients that you use are healthy. However, the calories in your breakfast options are too high for petite (short ) people like me! I’m wondering if you have any breakfast options with fewer calories. Also, this is not hate at all. I’ve lost 30 pounds and respect everyone else who works hard to lose weight!

  34. I've seen a lot of those DIY YouTubers making these kind of videos, and they always just make it look so impossible and perfect, and stuff. But you are so relatable, and you explain it very well, and you actually tell us that you lost weight and all of your struggles with losing weight, so really thank you!

  35. This is nice, but yogurt is proven to be the biggest weight cause. Along with white and wheat bread. A tip is to to instead eat Eureka Bread, I normally eat the green or blue one.
