akki roti also known as rice roti is a popular south indian breakfast which can be easily made in just under 10 mins. Easy and instant breakfast for bachelors, PG Hostel students. #PGCooking
Ingredients:
1/2 cup roasted rice flour
2 green chilies
1 carrot
handful of coriander leaves
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 onion
pink himalyan salt as needed
unrefined oil as needed
water as needed

  19. Nice recipe dear…& i feel one can eat this with nice dollops of butter or ghee…or ketchup …if no chutney.
    In our fly.we prefer to eat doshas with butter wen no coconut chutney is made…it tastes good..the youngsters today would love to have with cheese also
