Keto Tofu Burger Patty is such a good substitute for a meat patty. Tofu is high in protein and hasa chevy texture much like meat. If you flavour it well you will not miss the meat. I have kept this keto vegetarin burger recipe simple, whit a flew spices and some flax seed flour to bind it. I hope this recipe will apeal to you and you will try it out. Green part of Green Onion
1 Tbsp Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Green Chilli Coriander Paste
1/4 tsp Salt (if tofu is unsalted)
2 Tbsp Flax Seed Flour
