  2. Tried this recipe last night! Oh My Goodness! So good! I love!
    I made a couple changes.
    I cut the vinegar in half, switched the noodles to Mung bean noodles, and included 2 tbsp of aminos. Delicious! Thank you sooo much for this awesome recipe.

  17. Thx! Don't forget to presoak your cashews in FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE …. you see, cashews are very high in Mold and cancer patients are not allowed to eat it. But soaking them in 3 drops in a bowl of water should do the trick!

  18. Do the cashews need to be soaked, first? I am gonna try this soon! But I will sub coconut aminos due to Braggs contains soy.

  20. I really want this to be good, but I am not holding my breathe. I have tried so many vegan mac & cheese recipes, and none of them taste remotely like what I remember the real thing as. They don't taste bad, but aren't exactly comfort food either.
