Plant Based Vegan Meal Prep (2018) : Whole Food Plant Based Recipes

Prepping food for the upcoming week is going to help you be successful on sticking with your plant based journey. This is roughly how I prep for my week and I hope it will help you with your own versions of prepping. My family all work and study from home so I don’t usually need to pack meals to go but these recipes will work great if that is what you need to do and they store well in the fridge for quite a few days.

  1. Great advise, Thank you, keep up the good work it’s so helpful.

  2. My kids and grandkids would roll on the floor laughing if I gave that to them for lunch.
Looks good to me but they would never eat something that healthy.

  4. I just discovered Jill and this amazing cooking show a few days ago. I like The Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Show so much that I'm now binge watching like it's Netflix or something. Thanks for all of the detail in your videos Jill!

  5. Wish to see you make dishes with fresh veggies instead of readily available packed food

  6. I am also a stay at home mom. I have 4 children and they will eat whatever I put in front of them, however my husband has not fully accepted that I've cut out all of his favorite foods and still doesn't see the benefits of the changes I've made to our fridge and pantry. This has pushed him to stop at stores and fast food places on his commute and 'secretly' eat garbage. Any advice on how I can help him to fully commit to ditching the junk food?

  7. I have a celiac kiddo who cannot tolerate oats. Is there another comparable flour I could use? Thanks for your help!
