Quick & Easy Appetizer Recipe: Layered Sun Dried Tomato & Artichoke Spread

► Quick & Easy Appetizer Recipe: Layered Sun Dried Tomato & Artichoke Spread

Nikki Shaw from the Kraft Kitchens shares a creative recipe that’s an elegant spin on traditional artichoke dip. Instead of blending all of the ingredients together, each flavor is layered between a smooth layer of cream cheese. Layered Sundried Tomato and Artichoke Spread is sure to become a new classic in your appetizer repertoire.

  1. Yes it is! Hope you give it a try and let us know what you think! 😉

  2. Oh yeah! That does sound great. You have made the wheels start turning…if you give this a try…let us know how it turns out.

  3. I think may need more spice. like a sprinkled basil on top or some kind of spicy garnish. Infact.. it think a texmex southwest version may be more tasty. with one layer being sundried tomatoes and second layer a mixture of chopped bellpeper with jalpeno jelly and spread the layer. then top if off with the final block of creame cheese then garnish with diced pimentos.

  4. Oooh that does sound good. If you do try it, let us know how it comes out! 🙂

  5. Watch for her next video "Chitlins and cream cheese".

  6. that's lazy; and anything that's sold at Walmart will be garbage

  11. Hey! She was the chef that was on Basketball Wives!

  12. Can we do the same with tofu or would the artichoke mixture mess the whole stuff? (Not really used to cook these ones) 🙂

  13. Be sure to have an heart attack!!!

  14. EW!! is all i got to say!

  15. that is an awful amount of cream cheese lol =)

  16. Wow… American cuisine is awful. You guys can't seriously call that cooking? Where is the pesto coming from? Or for that matter, the sun dried tomatoes? Cuisine-wise this video is utterly off. And it does not look good! It looks greasy, and ill-conceived. Where is the originality? Where are the tapas on the side?

Tip: Make your own pesto. Make your own sun dried tomatoes (easy, delicious) and use goat cheese instead of that chemical stuff you use.
