  1. Would it be possible to list the ingredients in grams because in Scotland it’s difficult to find out what a cup is in grams American is 1 cup equals 200 grams and on another conversion it is 340 grams per cup so I’m confused Thanks Derek.

  2. I tried to make it, but I can't get the kebabs to stay together while i flip. Should i add more flour, is that it? The kebabs sort of dissolved and pollutes the oil. It tasted so amazing, though, so I wanna Crack the code! This will be one of our regulars for sure 😊

  3. Thanks for this recipe, it's so tasty, now it's one of our regular dish. I double the recipe so we can have some for the next day. Delicious and spicy. As I can't eat potatoes, I use sweet potatoes instead. The croquettes are a little bit softer but still very good.
