  4. This is hands down, the tastest thing that has ever been made in my kitchen. And I cook A LOT. I couldn't find the noodles at whole foods or TJs and I wasn't interested in extending my search, so I spiralized carrots and uses carrot "noodles". That seemed to me, the perfect sub. SO good. I made this Sunday afternoon and went to bed excited for my lunch break today!

  7. I might give the grape seed oil a try but I'm super stuck on avocado oil right now. It has a high smoke point plus it has a neutral flavor (yet I LOVE using it for salad dressings). Actually, I have used grape seed oil in the past, when I was addicted to making (okay and eating) crispy kimchi pancakes. The grape seed oil made the best pancakes. Okay, sorry, no one cares.😁

  42. Have you tried Soy Amino instead of Soy Sauce? It has about half the sodium of even low sodium soy but it has an amazing flavor that is very similar.
