  1. Download your FREE AUDIOBOOK + get a ONE MONTH TRIAL with Audible – http://www.audibletrial.com/cheaplazyvegan #ad

  2. I got everything, except brocoli, for only 15$ at walmart. YAY! I went over budget, however, when I decided to buy a 6$ container of organic honey with the honeycomb inside of it! Worth it, though! I will make fermented garlic honey.

  3. Wow this is super! Great Job!

  4. When I first went vegan I put peanut butter and soy sauce on everything lol

  5. The video doesn't say anything about this, but you Can soak your beans for 24 hrs to Reduce Gas & Bloating.

  6. i love this! i’m starting college soon and won’t have time to cook everyday so this would be a perfect way to maximum time. i am curious though, if you don’t have a food processor how would you approach making the recipes that you used it for?

  7. I think this video is a big F – You to the complaints like ‚5 days‘. Definitly want to try those recipes

  8. I love how you keep it real & it's okay to be messy. I absolutely love your videos.

  9. I'm actually looking into vegan/vegetarian. Aside from the clear savings price-wise, the health benefits are what I'm after. I have an issue that's slowly been progressing over the years from the age of around 16, along with inflammation in a lot of my body. I.e, esophageal inflammation, psoriasis, costocondritous, and then there's GERD, which also left scar tissue on my esophagus making it difficult ,actually impossible to swallow most foods. but it also extremely limits your diet because things like garlic, certain oils, fats or dairies and such can agitate it and cause flare ups. Now, I'm 21. and honestly I feel like half of the ingredients and chemicals in most foods now and days has caused a lot of my issues. Plus when you love animals and believe they have as much right as people do to be alive, you hate meat..

  10. So maybe a dumb question but can you put bento boxes in the microwave??

  11. Sooo… of course I paused the video on the receipt & my eyes went straight to "Ecology Fee" $0.02 & "Deposit 1" $0.10. The 12 cents doesn't bother me but I just wanna know what and/or why is there an "Ecology & Deposit Fee". #LearningSomethingNew

  12. can be hard for people who dont use microwave I gotta keep it raw

  13. This was amazing. All the other videos i watched peolle were using stuff they already had in their cabinet and that irritated me.

  14. Question……. What temp and how long did u cook the baked items??

  15. Corn syrup is toxic to the liver and it's in that peanut butter. Watch out any one with liver issues.

  16. I think I love you 😀 this will help me so much , thank you

  17. I like your lip gloss. What kind do you use?

  18. OMG YOUR HAIR LOOK AMAZING!!!

  19. for me it's like 5 days homemade one leftover day one eating out day

  20. Obviously you are cutting out entire food groups. I have no problem with what you do to yourself, for all I care you could brush your teeth with radium toothpaste straight out of the 1920's. As long as you pay for all the illnesses you are causing yourself by not eating meat and most importantly, animal fats out of your own pocket. You can of course eat like that but you need to as a minimum add butter, eggs and bacon at the very least. And don't fry the bacon crispy but cook it just enough so you retain much if the healthy fats. Better sources of animals fats are various cuts of beef where the good news is the fattier the cut, the cheaper. With the exception of the rib eye of course. There, your healthy 7 day meals became a little bit more expensive, but you will find over a few weeks of returning to a normal diet that you are less agitated and angry all the time, have more energy and do much better in school or at work cognitively.

  21. If you cook your food, that does not really show you to be lazy. $20 for all seven days ( 3 meals a day) is not a bad budget at all. Fabulous job on showing the receipt and showing the recipes. Bye. -alz♡#Galatians 5:22-23#

  22. That peanut butter has icing sugar and corn syrup in it.

It’s easy to make your own with just peanuts

  23. You could probably make tofu with the beans

  24. looks good and fullfilling. look how many you get with it ^^ but i have to say somehing, pls pls pls do not use that much of packaged, canned, boxed stuuff. im sure you re recycling it but it s not the solution you know.

  25. For only 1 dollar a day you can stop vegans from eating are whole rainforest

  26. I wonder if she likes peanut butter?

  27. This inspired me to make a peanut butter sauce (which has always been a fave from Asian restaurants but I never knew how to make it) thank you so much!!

  28. Yum, Yum and YUM….. I need to start meal prepping more! That is the key to eating right and saving money. Thank you so much for showing us all these easy and tasty recipes. I'll be busy in the kitchen again this weekend! My problem during this holiday season is my sugar intake from all the goodies. Meal prepping will hopefully help. Thanks Rose for all of your creative energy. You are so much fun to watch. Happy Holidays!

  29. In America da onion is like 1.50 -_-

  30. I read the captions cause I’m like i dunno but it said a full week mail crap lol
