What is a whole-foods plant-based diet?
It’s a diet based on fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes; and it excludes meat (including chicken and fish), dairy products, and eggs, as well as highly refined foods like bleached flour, refined sugar, and oil.

  1. I was on the understanding that soy milk was not good for the body,  Most is GMO and yours doesn't even look organic..so I am truly confused now…

  12. Nice dishes. Do not eat that many brazilthough that is not recommended, check on nutrionfacts (brazil nut) to see what I mean. It can be harmful with more than one per day.

  17. I highly encourage you to look onto studies on soy and you will find it is not healthy at all. Be careful!

  24. I wouldn't make a comment unless it was actually serious, and I'm not sure if you even eat like this given this was made a year ago.
    You gotta cook your oats, the enzymes when uncooked can be unsafe, and you can give yourself selenium poisoning with all of those brazil nuts.

  27. ok so i have been struggling to cut out dairy and most meat … i have a question – once you go vegan there are a lot of soy and meat substitute with soy … but doctors say soy is bad for most women since it raises our estrogen … so now i dont even know what to eat lol

  36. Great video, I usually have something similar for breakfast. Today I had rolled oats, with almond milk, flax, slivered almonds, mango, and strawberries. I cooked mine though since I prefer cooked oats and my fruit was frozen solid XD It's amazing how yummy oatmeal can be with out any added sugar or other sweetener, as long as there is enough fruit.

  39. oh your soup at the end got me thinking , i want something hot in this COLD Minnesota day. so i made soup. had low sodium broth, brown rice,&wild rice (i bought a rice cooker yesterday & made batches for my freezer. ) & beans. tada. warmed up! 🙂

  41. Guys, losing weight does not have to be difficult (I used to feel it
    did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called
    Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my life. I
    probably should not even be mentioning it because I don't want a bunch
    of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just
    in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
